Technology & product development
Development of proprietary general-purpose business software, AI-assisted operational tools and supporting technology for broad business use.
Corporate profile
InVault LLC is a U.S.-registered B2B technology, consulting and commercial-services company. We are developing proprietary general-purpose business software and AI-assisted tools alongside consulting, recruitment, sourcing, project support and fixed-fee commercial introductions.
01 / Company
InVault LLC combines proprietary technology development with straightforward B2B professional services. We are building general-purpose business software and AI-assisted tools while helping international businesses understand requirements, source relevant vendors or talent, coordinate projects, and make fixed-fee commercial introductions where there is a genuine fit.
Our service role is advisory and commercial. Businesses and professional providers introduced through InVault remain independent, provide their own underlying services, conduct their own onboarding and compliance, contract directly with each other, and transact without InVault participating in their funds flow.

03 / Business boundaries
InVault's role is limited to its own technology and fixed-fee B2B professional services. It does not provide the underlying regulated services of the businesses we may serve or introduce, and it does not participate in their customer or transaction flows.
InVault does not operate casinos, sportsbooks or betting platforms, accept wagers, hold player balances, or provide gambling services.
InVault is not a gambling affiliate or player-acquisition business and does not send or direct players or consumer traffic to gambling operators.
InVault does not process merchant payments, transmit money, provide acquiring, settle customer funds, or custody client or provider funds.
InVault does not execute trades, accept investor or trading deposits, provide investment services, or operate a Forex/CFD brokerage.
InVault does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, provide wallet custody, hold customer crypto assets, or exchange funds for customers.
InVault does not receive, route, settle, safeguard, escrow or control funds belonging to clients, customers, players, merchants or introduced providers, directly or through pass-through arrangements.
InVault does not receive commissions, revenue share or percentages based on deposits, wagers, trading volume, payment-processing volume, operator revenue or transactions between introduced parties. Introduction services are billed as fixed B2B fees.
InVault does not provide sector-specific consulting, sourcing, recruitment or introduction services to gambling, retail Forex/CFD, payment businesses serving those activities, or similar high-risk regulated businesses that target or serve U.S. consumers.
Providers introduced through InVault remain independent and are responsible for their own licensing, compliance, onboarding, contracts and service delivery.
04 / Sector experience
Our specialist service activity in these sectors is international. These labels describe industries in which clients and counterparties may operate — not regulated services provided by InVault LLC. InVault does not provide these sector-specific services to gambling, retail Forex/CFD or similar high-risk regulated businesses targeting or serving U.S. consumers.
05 / Commercial model
The model is straightforward: InVault charges fixed fees for its own professional services. It does not share in customer deposits, transaction volume or the operating revenue of introduced parties.
We review the business requirement, context and commercial objective.
We provide consulting, research, candidate sourcing or identify potential third-party providers.
Where appropriate, we make a controlled commercial introduction between suitable parties.
Clients and providers enter their own agreements for the underlying services and remain responsible for their obligations.
InVault invoices only for its own consulting, recruitment, technology, project or introduction service.
InVault does not receive commissions, revenue share or percentages tied to player activity, deposits, trading volume, payment-processing volume, operator revenue or transactions between introduced parties.
06 / Technology
InVault is developing proprietary general-purpose software and AI-assisted operational tools intended to help businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals manage day-to-day work more effectively across a broad range of industries.
Product development is focused on practical business functions such as invoicing, business administration, reporting, forecasting, workflow automation, operational visibility and structured business controls. The U.S. is intended to be a primary market for these general-purpose technology products, alongside other international markets.
Product direction
Not casino or sportsbook software, gambling CRM, payment-processing infrastructure, trading/brokerage platforms or crypto exchanges. The U.S. technology strategy is general-purpose business software, not high-risk-sector operating infrastructure.
07 / InVault platform
InVault LLC operates the InVault commercial platform at invault.co, where international businesses can access private business support, industry resources, recruitment and talent services, and introductions to independent third-party providers.
The platform currently has specialist coverage across iGaming, Forex/CFD, payments, fintech, crypto/Web3 and other complex digital-business sectors.
